Remember folks, it's only football.
The stakes for Texas and Tech collectively have never been higher. The No. 6 Red Raiders host the No. 1 Longhorns in a nationally televised game tonight. Consequently, the uneasiness of any mixed alma mater marriages may also have never been higher. It's Hook 'Em vs. Guns Up. But at least those hand signs are clean.
Ha! I'm sure someone's going to get hit in the face with a flying tortilla. Why? No one really knows.

Seriously, I hope the Horns murder them and choke their rivers with their dead. Then there's this:
Natalie Beasley and Douglas, whose parents came to Austin from England when he was 1 year old, met when they briefly shared the same apartment complex in Houston in the early 1990s. They were married in 1993 and a job offer for Natalie, as Douglas said, rescued them both from Houston and brought Natalie back back [sic] to her hometown. Since then, the two have yet to miss a Tech-Texas game in Lubbock. But there's been none like this.
Rescued from Houston??? OK, so it's not a vision of heaven on earth, but rescued? They moved to Amarillo. That's more of a parole.
